Everything Art Classes Ages 5-13

This combination class offers children a sampling of art projects using various media such as painting, clay, watercolors, collage, and pastels. It is amazing what you can create when you explore with your imagination. A variety of materials are used to create your many masterpieces – Many projects are “built upon” each class, so that students experience a variety of mediums and take home several projects.   Projects are new every session, so sign-up for all sessions at a 5% discounted rate, or sibling discount 5% each.

Clay Classes Ages 5-11

Clay Class: Explore the world of making your own clay creations! This class will teach you how to create several hand-built clay pieces. Students will be introduced to Kiln firing, and procedures, as well as stages of clay: Wet, Greenware, Bisque ware, and more. Each student will custom glaze each project, and have all pieces fired in our kiln. Projects are new every session, so sign-up for all sessions for 5% multi-session discount. Siblings get 5% discount. 7 Week Class $240

Wheel Throwing: Satisfy your curiosity, and experience a fun and thorough introduction to throwing on the potter’s wheel. Learn the skills necessary to throw cylinders, cups, bowls and more in this exciting introduction to throwing fundamentals. Your instructor guides you through the process of throwing, shaping and trimming pots on the wheel.  Basic surface decoration and glazing techniques are also demonstrated. This class is designed for students with little or no experience on the potter’s wheel through Intermediate students.  Students will work at their own level with guidance from our instructors.  Limited to 6 students in each class.  7 Week session $375

Drawing/ Cartooning Classes
Ages 5-11

This drawing class is designed for students of all levels of drawing experience, and would like to learn some advanced techniques and explore new mediums.  Many projects are “built upon” each class, so that students experience a variety of mediums and take home several projects. For Cartooning, you’ll learn how to create your own cartoon characters and show them in action, even if you’ve never drawn before — and get practice drawing comic strips, gag panels, and more. Projects are new every session, so sign-up for all sessions OR our school program for discounted rate.

*All Classes can be “stacked”  (multi-session discount automatically applied upon registration.) Sibling discounts are also automatic and do not have to be same class or age groups.
